The trek is a true test of one's trekking prowess, characterized by challenging terrains featuring stone steps, rocky paths, landslip areas, and narrow snow-covered passes. Many seasoned trekkers, even those who have conquered the Everest Base Camp, attest to the Makalu Trek's difficulty, making it a hardcore adventure that pushes physical and mental boundaries.
