Cancellation by the CLIENT: –

The Company must have acknowledged any cancellation made by the clients prior to the trip. A cancellation note must be provided to the company and made sure that it reaches us in time. Your cancellation charge and refunds will vary entirely on the date in which the cancellation is made, and applicable charges will be deducted accordingly. The basic model of cancellation charge policy of Tourist link in case of trip cancellation by the client is shown below.

Cancellation:

  • Before 60 days or more of Departure date: loss of advance deposit only
  • Before 59-21 days before departure: charge of 50% of the trip service booked
  • Less than 21 days to the date of departure: 100 % of the service value as cancellation charge

We recommend you to take cancellation insurance alongside your travel insurance covering all the loss in case these events. Also, we will provide no refund whatsoever if you leave voluntarily after it has begun. Your services further to that of the day will not be handled by the company, and the previous package will terminate with it.

Cancellation of any tour by the COMPANY

Tourist Link reserves all the right in conditions of canceling any of your trips unless if it is guaranteed to run. 

However, the Company do hold the right to cancel all the trip including the guaranteed ones prior to the departure in case of any reasons beyond the company’s control (i.e. due to natural disasters, industrial action, flight cancellation, wars, riots, consequences of strikes, sickness,  government intervention, weather conditions, quarantine, or any other untoward occurrences). In any of these unforeseen conditions, Tourist Link will refund the Trip price (The flight and extra charges will be the concern of the Clients own). Similarly, in case of the canceled trips which were guaranteed to run by the company, we will give you the full refund, or you have options to select any other trips of equivalent value available at that time.

We also want to make it apparent that the Company is not responsible for any consequential losses that the clients might have sustained because of the cancellation of the booking. These might be visa costs, vaccinations, non-refundable transportation costs, or forfeiture of any other categories.
