The Payment process is easy and straightforward for any trip Tourist link provides. First and foremost, please go through our booking terms and conditions which provide a direct model of completing any transaction with our company. We will like to point out that you will be agreeing with these terms and are familiar with the conditions while booking for any of our treks or tours.

You will then have to make an advance deposit of 30% of the total trip cost to assure your booking through our company. The remaining amount must be cleared prior to your arrival date at the place of the trip commencement. The payment process and methods for the transaction are here for your convenience.

Payment via wire (Bank Transfer)
You can transfer the amount payable to Tourist Link straight to our Bank account whose details are as follows:-

After the initiation of transfer, we recommend you to send the remittance slip, including the bank reference number for the ease of both parties. We can also resolve typo and other mistakes (if present) through this process after the transaction. We will let you know after we have checked the details and guide you for succeeding procedures immediately. We will like to remind you that we are not liable for any possible delay or loss that if experienced during the transfer process. Similarly, in case the amount received is less than that had to be due to bank or transfer charges, we have to postpone your trip until the balance is cleared.

Payment by cards


We also accept payments through cards. However, there is 4% surcharge to the total amount of the trip through this payment method. You will have to fill up the card details, and the information must match up with your passport and other documents. Note: Don’t send your card details directly to the bank for your own safety purpose and ease of payment process. Also, attach the documents with the card details for faster response from our team about the trip booking.
