Sightseeing the Xigatse today we will visit Gyantse after taking a drive for 2 hours. Gyantse is not a big city but has its own precipitous history. It is situated 264 kilometers, southwest of Lhasa on the northern section bank of Nyang Chu River. Our stay in Gyantse will be really fruitful. Stay overnight in the hotel.

Taking the drive of 8 hours will lead us to Lhasa (3,650m) after passing the Kambala Pass (4,794m) and Karo La Pass (5,010m). The ascend of Karo La amid two elevated mountains called Ralung (6,236) and Nozing Sa (7,223m) will make this trip more mesmerizing. We will be passing through the Brahmaputra River as well. Stay overnight in the hotel.

Lhasa has its own significance so, on this day we will spend our time sightseeing and involved in outings. We will see the Potala Palace, Barkhor market, and Jokhang Temple, Drepung monastery. Thus, we will make our best to make this day more worthwhile. Stay overnight in the hotel.

In the early morning, we will transfer to the Airport so that we can take a flight to Kathmandu from Lhasa. It will take an hour to arrive in Kathmandu. Throughout the flight, we can observe Lake Yamdrok, Yarlung Tsangpo River and Mount Kanchenjunga, Mount Everest, and so on. Arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will return to your hometown or towards your next destination. Have a safe journey.
