Chances of High Altitude Sickness prevail from Chhekampar onwards. We will visit the death place of great saint Lama Kongchog. Local people speak Tsumba language in this region. Head east and follow ascending trail to Rachen Gompa. Visit the nearby Milarepa cave. Crossing Shiyar River, we will walk through villages of Phurbe and Pangdun to arrive at Chhule. We will make final ascend for the day to Nile.
Day 10: Nile to Mu Gompa 3700m

Embark on a cultural exploration, visiting the Dhephu Doma Nunnery before progressing towards Mu Gompa. Note that the nunnery strictly prohibits male entry.
