Itinerary

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you'll be transferred to your hotel. You'll receive a briefing at our office about your visit and obtain trekking permits. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Taking light breakfast early in the morning, our guide will then take you for a pleasant day tour inside Kathmandu which encompasses the UNESCO enlisted holiest shrine of Shiva at Pashupatinath Temple Complex, the Bouddhanath Stupa which is the largest Stupa existing inside Kathmandu, Swayambhunath Temple aka Monkey Temple which is the oldest Stupa inside Kathmandu which dates almost 2oooyrs back and the Kathmandu Durbar Square which is yet another UNESCO enlisted historical site where you will get chance to view the abode of Living Goddess- Kumari, Kasthamandap Temple, Kal Bhairab and many more.

On the 2nd day, you will take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla which takes 35 minutes. From Lukla, you will be heading towards Phakding (2652 m). Taking 35 minutes of flight to Lukla, your trip begins after climbing up to the slope on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi River. On the way, you can view the magnificent beauty of Kusum Kangaru, Mt Kwondge and on the way you will pass through mountain lodge which is also called Tea house decorated very well.

On the 3rd day of the itinerary, you will move from Phakding to Namche (3,446m). After a slight rise from Jhorsalle, the trail passes a waterfall. Throughout the day, you will pass from the villages interspersed with magnificent forests of Rhododendrons, giant fir trees, suprce and magnolia. And on the way to walk, you will be rewarded (weather permitting) with your first glimpse of Kusum Kanggru (6369m) Thamserku (6608m) Everest (8,848 m) and Nuptse (7879 m) then a steep climb to the beautiful village of Namche Bazaar (3440m). Overnight stay at a guesthouse.


Acclimatization is important before proceeding to a higher elevation. It is therefore recommended that it is better to take a short day hike to Thame, Khumjung, or Khunde. If you get some time then you can go to relax and explore the Namche and the Sherpa culture. On this day you will head to Thame from Namche Bazaar by hiking and enjoying good eyesight. Today you will work through many prayer flags, mani, and walls which are carved on stones. After winding the Bhote Koshi River the trail climbs steeply to Thame. You will have a good view of the Kangpoche Teng and Kwangde and North in the Thame Gompa Nangpa. Mani Rimdu festival is held here in the spring. In the same way, you will head to Khumjung Village (3789m) by walking to the river and then start to the village of Khumjung. Many hikers enjoy the trek to Khumjung village, as it is supposed to be one of the civilized communities of Sherpa. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Early in the morning after having breakfast, our Guide will take us to Thame where we walk to the left corner following Thame Village. This day we walk around 4 to 5 hours. It is the oldest village of Sherpas as well , in the ancient times people used to be the trade route to Tibet/China. Ahead we will see Thame Gompa and many Lama’s house. Overnight at Thame.

In the morning , heading towards Murlung from Thame . On the way we will spend time for another religious Kyaro Gumba and Thumla Kharka as well as Taranga temple aso appears on the way. we will be in Marlung with tea house in full board basis.

Trek to Lumde is a straight vertical climbing for about 3 to 4 hours. From Marlung, we will observe the wonderful view of famous Ngozumba glacier, which is infact the Nepals largest one. Also, a good view of Kongde can be seen. Your accommodation would be on a tea house or lodge in full board basis.

Following the Kongde view, we head to one of our first destinations, Renjo La pass. On our way, we cross Renjo Khola, Renjo Lake, and Relama Tsho. Near Renjo La pass, a fabulous view of Gokyo Lake on one side, Rermo Pokhari Lake on the other, and numerous snowy peaks all around would simply add life to your adventure. The trail climbs a hill for an excellent view comprising the valley and Kengtega Cho Oyu descending into a river. Again you will climb steeply up in the terminal moraine of the glacier Ngozumpa. A few lakes are on the way and finally, you reach Gokyo (4,750 m), which is the collection of stone houses and walls of grasses on the shores of the lake. The views of the mountains in the Gokyo region are spectacular. Overnight stay in a Mountain Lodge.


Day 9th is an important day as you will move to an excursion to Gokyo Peak (5,350m) from Gokyo Lake. This is the place from where you can have a magnificent view of the high peaks, from west to east. The speed of the trek is speedy as after accomplishing an excursion you will be back to Gokyo Lake which will consume time. Overnight stay in a Mountain Lodge.

On the 10th day you will move for the trek to Thagna (4700m) after ascending certain elevation. From Gokyo Lake you will make a route to Thagna after having a breakfast. Arriving at Thagna you will get to observe the mountains which are covered with snow. Finishing the trek you will take some time as you will be trekking to Chola Pass on the following day. Overnight stay in a Mountain Lodge.


On the 11th day you will be heading from Thangnak to Cho La Pass (5330m). The trek throughout the Cho La Pass (5,330 m), is incredibly complicated route and demands some previous mountaineering skill with well equipped. This is an authentic request to hold warm clothing and other essential things. You will find a pathway between astound, besides the icefall. Overnight stay at a Mountain Lodge.

On the 13th day you will move to Lobuche (4910m) from Chola Pass. As you start to downfall you will view the trail that shows the way progressively to Lobuche (4910m), taking 4 ½ hours. In the meantime you will perceive the Dughla Lake through the fine-looking panorama. Overnight stay at a mountain Lodge.

on this day you will trek to Gorak Shep 5140m from Lobuche. It is good to know that Gorak Shep go away to the lead through the side of the Khumbu Glacier. From Gorakshep, we will proceed forward to Everest Base Camp and enjoy several gratifying views of soaring mountain peaks before returning back to Gorakshep where we will stay overnight.


The return trip will be about 7-8hours long. Leaving Gorakshep, we will move towards Kala patthar which is more popular for the exquisite sunset view. We will have sunrise view afterwards which we will return back to Lobuche via Gorakshep. We will stop at Gorakshep for lunch.

Following the Khumbu Glacier, we trek down for Kongma La pass standing at an altitude of 5535 m. before reaching the pass; we would notice the high camp for Kongma La pass. The pass consists of cairn wrapped in prayer flags. Kongma La pass (5535m) is the highest among these three passes. No doubt about the views as everything appears to be awesome from here. The trail descends and we finally arrive at Chhukung. Chhukung is the valley full of glaciers all around like Lhotse Nup glacier, Nuptse glacier, Ama Dablam Glacier and Chhukung glacier. Your accommodation would be on a tea house or lodge in full board basis.

On this day, we will begin again our trek by moving downhill from the Island Peak. Trek to Tengboche will seize nearly 4 hours. As we have already trek Tengboche, we are familiar with the nearby surrounding. Stay overnight at a guest house.

From Tengboche, we will set to trek Namche Bazaar 3440m, taking the breakfast. Namche Bazaar is astoundingly astonished place where we can take benefit from the lovely beauty of nature. On the way we can yet take a break to visit the archetypal villages of Khumjung along with Khunde. We can visit the monasteries which are awfully exclusive in its formation. Stay overnight at a guest house.

The trek continues further downhill as we reach Lukla after almost seven hours of trek. We will be staying in Lukla for the rest of day and get ready ourselves to board a flight back to Kathmandu in next day from Lukla (2,850m). Stay overnight at a guesthouse.

On this day of the tour package, we will board a flight back to Kathmandu, enjoining 30 minutes of exciting mountain flight. From the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be transferred into the hotel to have some rest. Since you are leaving in next day you can utilize this day by roaming around the corners of Kathmandu. Stay overnight at hotel.

Today you will be escorted to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey. You will get to experience Nepali-style farewell upon your departure. we wish you smooth journey ahead and hope to serve you again in the future.
