Trip Overview of Nar Phu Valley Trek
Nar Phu Valley Trek is one of the remote trekking destinations in Nepal and it was first opened to tourists only after 2003. It takes you to the remote valley in the Western region of Nepal which is settled by the Tibetans and Nepalese. Nar Phu Valley Trek is also identified by the name of Hidden Valley Trek as this area is out of the way and the unseen section of the Annapurna Region. Nar Phu Valley Trek is a tough trek as one has to pass high passes like Masokanto La (5121m), Tilicho Pass (4920m), and Kangla Pass (5200m) along with the attractive Tilicho. The trekking grade is sportive its maximum altitude is 5121m (Medokanto Pass). The best season for the trek to Nar Phu Valley is during the months of March to May, and September to November.

Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Kathmandu valley includes several Hindu temples including Pashupatinath, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, and the largest Buddhist Stupa in Boudhanath. You can also visit the Monkey Temple Swyambhunath, built 2000 years old, and visit Patan, the city of fine arts. Overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 03: Drive to Khudi (800m)
7 Hours B/L/D Mountain Lodge
From Kathmandu, you will get a drive to Khudi (800m) and start on the trek taking breakfast. The drive will be exhilarating as you will dig up some time to outlook Flora and Fauna. After a drive, you will bring to an end to take your lunch. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 04: Trek to Bahundanda (1310m)
6 hours B/L/D Mountain Lodge
On the 4th day, you will trek to Bahundanada (1310m), connecting the beautiful mountain and the cliff. The zigzag uphill trail needs a genuine attempt so far. Day 06: Trek to Dharapani (1920m)

After breakfast will begin the trek throughout the jungle after you left Chamje. From Chamje the trail goes to the bank of Marshyangdi River naturally climbing previously to make your destination in Tal from here, you will go into Manang district next to keep on all the way through rice, barley, and potato fields and pine forests past the village of Kodo taking to Dharapani. Day 07: Trek to Koto (2600m)

Day 08: Trek to Dharmasala (3230m)
5 Hours B/L/D Mountain Lodge
On this day you will hike all the way through the pine forest and you will distinguish some wild animals and assorted kinds of birds. It’s a moderately easy hike and flat walks till you arrive at Dharmasala (3230m). Afterward, you have to ascend for about 2 hours through the Juniper forest. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 09: Trek to Kayang (3740m)
5 Hours B/L/D Mountain Lodge
You will walk slowly but surely for about 4 hours walk through a bare hill with small vegetation. There you can find small vegetation due to the altitude. During the time walking, you will make out the blue ship down with several other animals. With such unbelievable views, you will go to observe ay Kayang (3740m). Overnight stay in a tented camp.
Day 10: Trek to Phu Village (4050m)
4 Hours B/L/D Mountain Lodge
On the 10th day, you will progress to Phu Village (4050m) from Kayang. The altitude is more and more up but the trail is trouble-free to trek. Day 11: Trek to Junam (3550m)

Day 14: Trek to Manang (3550m)

For the trek to Manang, there are two ways. Both routes can be followed. Following the trail, you will arrive at Jharsang Khola which should be crossed. There is a village of Gurung known as Khangsar where you can come across a small monastery and prayer flags. Overnight stay at the guesthouse.
Day 15: Trek to Ledar (4250m)

On the 15th day, you will depart Manang. The track makes an ascent of almost 2000m to the Thorong La pass. You will climb progressively all the way through Tenki and leave the Marshyangdi Valley. Then, you will be continuing along the way of Jarsang Khola Valley, you get to Ledar at 4250m, and there you will see the vegetation increasingly supplementary spare. Day 16: Trek to Thorong high Camp (4800m)

Day 20: Fly back to Pokhara (820m)

Day 21: Drive to Kathmandu

This is the final day as per an itinerary where you will return to your own hometown from Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, or towards your next destination. You will be in motion from a hotel after taking your lunch and here, you will be helped by our representative staff from Tourist Link Trek and Expedition.
