Trip Overview of Pisang Peak Climbing

Located in north-western Nepal, Pisang Peak with its height of 6,091 meters is one the most popular peak for climbing in Nepal. Pisang peak climbing trip is popular because, it is usually combined with other trekking trips in the Annapurna region, which is regarded to be a paradise for its natural beauty and spectacular mountain vistas, and more.
Pisang peak is another frequently organized trip by Tourist Link Treks & Expedition P. Ltd. Pisang peak stands just above the Pisang village, the fertile green valley, and the Yak pastures, with the slope of ice, or the pyramid style, or the north of the Manang valley, through which the route takes you to Annapurna circuit. No doubt that during the trip, you will pass through terraced farmland, a lush forest full of flora and fauna, and the charming settlement of various ethnic groups, who have really amazing rituals and lifestyles which provide you a different experience every single day you will have new and mesmerizing scenes and sceneries.
It starts from Besishahar which is 9 hours from Ktm by bus. Every day people cannot walk more than 7 hours so we provide details itinerary for our valuable Clients. First, Besishahar, Bhahundanda, Chamje, Dharapani, Chame, Pisang, Base camp, summit, Manag, Throng pass, Muktinath, Jomsom and fly to Pokhara and drove or fly to back to Ktm.
Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1350m)
30 Min. Only Breakfast Hotel Kathmandu
Upon landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by a representative from ‘Tourist Link Treks & Expedition’ who will then convey you through the vibrant streets in Kathmandu to the hotel where you will receive a brief explanation regarding your trekking package. You will spend the night in the comfy bed.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
5-6 Hrs Only Brakfast Hotel Kathmandu
Taking light breakfast early in the morning, our guide will then take you for a pleasant day tour inside Kathmandu which encompasses the UNESCO enlisted holiest shrine of Shiva at Pashupatinath Temple Complex, the Bouddhanath Stupa which is the largest Stupa existing inside Kathmandu, Swayambhunath Temple aka Monkey Temple which is the oldest Stupa inside Kathmandu which dates almost 2oooyrs back and the Kathmandu Durbar Square which is yet another UNESCO enlisted historical site where you will get chance to view the abode of Living Goddess- Kumari, Kasthamandap Temple, Kal Bhairab and many more.
Day 03: Drive to Khudi via Besisahar (760m)
7-8 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
A pleasing drive through the meandering road with fabulous views of rice terraces, looming mountains and rivers will lead us through Mugling to Dumre where we part our ways with Prithvi Highway and head for Besisahar. A mere 30minutes drive from Besisahar will be enough to take us to Khudi.
Day 04: Trek to Bhahundanda (1310m)
5-6 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
The sensational trekking experience comes into action once we arrive at Khudi. Crossing the suspension bridge over the river, we will continue uphill through the woods to the small Tamang village of Taranche before following the escalating trail towards Sirung which offers the homestay facility.
Day 05: Trek to Chamje (1430m)
5-6 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
Walking past the paddy fields and a few small villages, we will walk along the Marsyangdi River to arrive at Syangje which locates itself at 1100m altitude. Following the steep trail to Jagat located at 1300m altitude, we will continue clambering the trail towards Chamje.
Day 06: Trek to Dharapani (1860m)
5-6 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
6th day marks the entrance into the Manang Region as we continue walking through corn and barley fields to woods of bamboo and blooming rhododendrons which is famous for several local bird watching. Traversing the woods, we will arrive at the village of Tal from where the trail stretches further to Dharapani.
Day 07: Trek to Chame (2670m)
5-6 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
It takes 6hours of gratifying trekking along the trail that continues upward through the forested ridge to arrive at Chame located at 2710m altitude. En route, we will be blessed with scenic views of magnificent Annapurna II, Annapurna IV, and Lamjung Mountains.
Day 08: Trek to Upper Pisang (3700m)
5-6 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
A narrow steep path through a very dense pine forest will bring you to the dramatic curved rock face, rising 1500m from the river. As the trail opens up you will be surrounded by Himalayan Peaks all the way to Pisang. You will have an extra half an hour to climb a big hill to reach Upper Pisang. Overnight at lodge.
Day 09: Rest day and Acclimatize (3700m)
All day B/L/D Mountain Lodge
Today you will have a rest day here. Check and set up all the gears for climbing and acclimatized. Enjoy the whole day with very nice magnificent views of all the Annapurnas, Gangapurna, and Tilicho. Relax day. Overnight at lodge.
Day 10: Trek to Pisang Peak Base Camp (4380m)
5-6 hrs B/L/D Tented Camp
Today we start walking up towards Base camp after a day relaxes in Upper Pisang. From Upper Pisang village, the path ascends through sparse wood and pasture to a Kharka at (4,380m) which is considered the best place for setting up the base camp. It is in a flat alpine section along the well-worn trail. Overnight stay at tent.
Day 11: Trek to Pisang Peak High Camp (5400m)
5-6 hrs B/L/D Tented Camp
Today we walked for 4 -5 hours and set up our high camp at the height of 5400m after climbing to a shoulder on the southwest ridge. There will be snow at the high camp from the end of November to the end of March. Overnight at Tent.
Day 12: Summit to the Peak and back to Base Camp (6091m)
7-8 hrs B/L/D Tented Camp
Today is a day to fulfill your dream of Summit on Pisang Peak. From the High Camp, the well-defined ridge leads to the final snow slop which is quite steep and more technical to reach the summit. Our guide will be fixed the rope and lead you to the successful summit of the Pisang peak. After a Successful summit, you will walk down to Base Camp and stay overnight in a tent.
Day 13: Pisang Peak Base Camp to Manang Valley (3450m)
5-6 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
Today you will trek to Pisang village and continue trek to Manang village walking across the riverside. Here, you will notice a contrast between the landscape and vegetation. The cold, dry climate creates a much harsher environment. Incredible views of the towering Himalayan Peaks. Manang is a great Mt. Valley that has rich customs & traditions and gives you an opportunity to observe the traditional lifestyle of the Manangi People (one of the Ethnic Group people of Nepal). Overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 14: Trek to Ledar (4250m)
5-6 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
On the 15th day, you will depart Manang. The track makes an ascent of almost 2000m to the Thorong La pass. You will climb progressively all the way through Tenki and leave the Marshyangdi Valley. Then, you will be continuing along the way of Jarsang Khola Valley, you get to Ledar at 4250m, and there you will see the vegetation increasingly supplementary spare. Overnight stay at the guesthouse.
Day 15: Trek to Thorong high Camp (4800m)
4-5 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
Start to walk early in the morning to avoid the windy at the top of Thorong La. This is the day that you will fulfill your dream as Thorong la is the destination of your entire trip. You can snap several pictures being on the top and bit by bit you will start to go down to Muktinath. Today you will observe such a diverse part and unlike scenery will be surprised too. Overnight stay in a Mountain Lodge.
Day 16: Trek to Muktinath (3800m)
7-8 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
Muktinath is a sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists. You have to scale 1000 meters to accomplish Muktinath. First of all, you will enfold to stroll all the way through Khingar (3400m) continuing to Jharkot (3500m) which will be an exciting stronghold for natives. If you are setting up to bring on the first part of Muktinath, you will be hanging around that night at Ranipur. That will furnish some time to trip to Hindu places, viewing the sights near that areas. Overnight stay in a guesthouse.
Day 17: Trek to Kagbeni (2895m)
2 hrs B/L/D Mountain Lodge
Kagbeni is nearly all beautiful and adventurous places for the trek. Roughly as you come in the first thing that you will make out the village of Khobang. From there you can build the trip towards Kanti Goma, a Buddhist temple. You can continue the trip towards Marpha as it is a sign to place for Apple. On the way, you can notice a wine brandy distillery which is the core source of the native income here. Still, you need to hike another 2 hours to be at Jomsom. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 18: Trek to Jomsom (2800m)
3-4 hrs B/L/D Hotel Jomsom
On the 19th day of the trek you will be in motion for the trek to Jomsom (820m) from Kagbeni. Jomsom is a new destination for the trek that can modify the standpoint of your life. Trek to Jomsom will capture almost 5 hours but the 5 hours will be the most fruitful time of this day’s trek. You will be an enchanter sensing the cool environment. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 19: Fly back to Pokhara (820m)
30 Min B/L/D Hotel Pokhara
On this day you will take a flight to Pokhara. You will see the sights like special places of Pokhara, which is well thought-out as one of the preferred places. You can visit unusual religious places and lakes in Pokhara where you can fit into place in dissimilar sorts of adventures akin to Paragliding, boating, sunrise view, and many more. Overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 20: Drive to Kathmandu
6-7 hrs Only Breakfast Hotel Kathmandu
From Pokhara, you will drive or take a flight to Kathmandu after having breakfast. As soon as you reach Kathmandu you will move into the hotel and get fresh. In the evening you will go for a walk and return back to the hotel where you will take your dinner together with the other team members. Overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 21: Departure!!!!

This is the final day as per an itinerary where you will return to your own hometown from Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, or towards your next destination. You will be in motion from a hotel after taking your lunch and here, you will be helped by our representative staff from Tourist Link Trek and Expedition.

Depending upon the category under which the peaks fall you will have to pay a certain amount per person which also differs on what season you will be climbing the peaks.
