Tibet bicycle tour starts from the Capital city of Kathmandu when you take a flight to Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. Over the course of the next two weeks, you will be traveling around the city of Tibet by bicycle and enjoying the mild adventure on offer in the iconic city. You will reach all the major places on the bicycle and your idea of adventure will have a new meaning after you complete the Bicycle tour in Tibet.
This excursion covers approximately 1000 km if trekkers are planning to travel on a four-wheel automobile. Next, the Tibetan tour guide will notice an attractive seeing the sights roughly Lhasa which embraces Norbulinkha palaces, and Jokhang Temple and adds many things to the list. Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be received by our representatives at the Airport and then be transferred to the hotel safely. After reaching the hotel, you will be briefed in short about the travel itinerary. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

On the second day of your itinerary, you will be busy sightseeing around different places of Kathmandu like Swyambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and three different Durbar Squares of Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur, among other sites. Most of the places you visit on the second day are enlisted in UNESCO’s list of world heritages that carry historical and religious significance. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 03: Fly to Lhasa

On the 3rd day of the itinerary, you will be flying to Lhasa, the capital city of the autonomous province of Tibet, from Kathmandu. Upon reaching Lhasa, you will visit different places including the monasteries in Lhasa. Among the different monasteries, Sera Monastery is the most popular and the best-preserved monastery in Tibet. After taking lunch at the hotel, you will then walk around Lhasa exploring the beauty of the place. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 04: Acclimatization and rest in Lhasa

On the 4th day, you will acclimatize and rest while also exploring the remaining places of Lhasa which you did not finish on the 3rd day. So, you have one more day to explore more about Lhasa before you move on with your bicycle tour in Tibet. There are lots of things for the tourists to do while in Lhasa and hence a couple of days in Lhasa might actually not be enough to explore Lhasa. Overnight stay at a guest house.
Day 05: Sightseeing Tour in Lhasa

On the fifth day, you will be involved in more sightseeing tours in Lhasa, the Tibetan capital, before you set yourself on the bicycle tour. On this day, you will also visit the iconic Potala Palace which is the center of attraction for many tourists. The grandeur of the palace will attract you like nothing else. After visiting the palace, you will return to the hotel in Lhasa.
Day 06: Start of the biking tour, cycling from Lhasa to the base of Kamba La Pass

The sixth day is the beginning of the bicycle tour in Tibet. You will start the tour from Lhasa and head on to the Kamba La Pass which is located at around 3600 meters altitude. You will cover around 80 kilometers on the day, bicycling from Lhasa to Kamba La Pass.
Day 07: Cross Kamba La Pass (4807m)

The next day, we will be crossing the Kamba La Pass which is located at around 4800 meters by bicycle. Crossing the Pass will be an adventurous memory that will be embedded in your mind for a long time.
Day 08: Cycle to camp before Karo La Pass (5032m)

We will move further to Karo La Pass after crossing the Kamba La Pass (5032m). Karo La Pass is another important and beautiful pass in Tibet and you will great time visiting the pass in Tibet.
Day 09: Cross Karo La pass to Gyangtse (4048m)

On the ninth day, you will be crossing the Karo La Pass and then bicycle down to Gyangtse which is located at around 4000 meters. You will be cycling down more than 1000 meters on the day. Gyangtse is popular for the several monasteries present in the region which draw the attention of thousands of tourists.
Day 10: Gyangtse to Shigatse (3850m)

The next day, we will be visiting the Gyantse Dzong and Gyantse Kumbum. The Dzong is a fort dating back to the 14th century which allows amazing views of both Gyantse and the surrounding Nyang Chu Valley. The Kumbum is a large gold-domed Stupa and its many small chapels house an inspiring collection of Tibetan Buddhist wall paintings. We will then continue to Shigatse (3850m) where you will take your lunch. Shigatse is the second largest city in Tibet.
Day 11: Sightseeing around Rongbuk Monastery

On the eleventh day, we will be sightseeing around the Rongbuk Monastery in Tibet. It is an important and popular monastery in Tibet and you will have a great time visiting the monastery and learning about the historical significance of the Gompa.
Day 12: Back to Lhasa

The next day, you will return to the city of Lhasa from Rongbuk Monastery. It will be a short bicycle ride and after some hours of cycling, you will be back to the hotel in Lhasa where you stayed earlier. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 13: Flight back to Kathmandu
1 hr Only Breakfast Hotel Kathmandu
On the 13th day of the itinerary, you will catch a flight from Lhasa to the Nepali capital after completing the bicycle tour in Tibet. Upon reaching the Nepali capital, you will be transferred back to the hotel where you will spend the rest of the time.
Day 14: Departure
30 Min Only Breakfast
On the last day of the itinerary, you will be transferred to the TIA in Kathmandu from where you will take a flight back to your home country or move towards the next favored destination.
