Trip Overview of Manaslu Expedition
For adventure seekers from different parts of the world, climbing Manaslu is certainly a lifetime opportunity and experience. The prospective mountaineers and climbers will have to prepare well before the expedition as they will have to face and come across many hidden obstacles during the course of the Manaslu expedition. The climbers will have to negotiate high altitude, inclement (unfavorable) weather conditions, exhaustion, and several other hindrances before they successfully accomplish the expedition of the world’s tallest peak.
Manaslu expedition is a complete climbing adventure of an 8000-meter peak in the fabulous Himalayas region in Nepal as well as 49 days package with an itinerary, no doubt the best alternative to Cho Oyu, with a more diverse landscape and challenging climbing experience. Manaslu Peak (8163m) towers steeply above its surrounding foothills and is the most spectacular, dominant Peak when viewed from afar. It is the eighth highest mountain and is located in the restricted trekking region of Manaslu in mid-west Nepal. Any Manaslu expedition is much more technical and challenging than Cho Oyu and Sishapanagma, so each climber has to have excellent physical and mental preparation as well as a high level of climbing proficiency and altitude adeptness above 6000 meters. Tourist Link Treks offers a complete service to maximize the success of achieving the summit of Manaslu.
Manaslu expedition includes the use of oxygen and regulators and ensures that the ratio of climbing sherpas to expedition climbing members is 1:2. On all of our expeditions, our climbing sherpas are 8848 meters expedition and most of them have reached the summit of Manaslu. Post monsoon or autumn is the best time for the Manaslu expedition.
